Worst tacos ever!!!! Tasted like the kind we got in elementary school cafeteria. Service was not very good. Ice tea was delicious. Won't be back.

Came here the first week they opened and experience was horrendous.... Bad service and even worse food... If it was authentic mexican i dont know who's family's recipes they used because they are either Chinese or reading ingredients off of TV dinners

First off, the food looked Oustanding!!!!this is my only bug-a-boo, the ground beef tasted like a heaping load of Salt!!!!, I was wondering did they run out of taco seasoning and had to do a quick substitute or something.. I than notice that the chicken dishes were over salted the same way, bummer!!!...i'm guessing there catering to the locals in the surrounding communities, because that not how authenic mexican food taste..

Usually this place is awesome... But we had a terrible experience yesterday (i will spare the details) - and even though they tried to make it right (kudos), still wasn't right 😲

I have been there about a year ago or so. Food was good then. Food we had today was very salty and did not taste very good. Very disappointed. I will not be going back

I started coming to this restaurant after I moved here a few months ago. At first I really liked it. I loved the tacos and the chips and everything was great. But lately it seems to be pretty terrible. The chips are stale and taco shells stale. Service is mega slow. Takes 10-15 minutes to be brought your drinks. Or even for the waitress to ask you what you are drinking. I can understand that sometimes taco Tuesday is busy but it shouldn’t take that long. Next time I think I’m going to find a different Mexican restaurant to go to.

My wife and i went here and loved it. Drinks took a little time but the food was great. Loved the rice. Plan on going back very soon

We used to go in there all the time for our work lunches and we loved it. Today we ordered the same as usual and were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I got there in 20 and ended up waiting another 25 for my food. When we got it to the store, all the food was cold and the hard tacos were soggy and didn’t taste right at all. My coworker ordered 3 streak tacos, only 2 had meat and onions and such on them and all of them were cold. The street tacos were edible once they were dispersed, but the rest was tossed. We called to complain and get a refund for the food that we were unable to eat, and the manager snapped at me to bring it in and hung up on me before I could ask for clarification. I wouldn’t normally complain and have never asked for a refund, but their over all customer service and the horrible food quality pushed me. We will no longer be going there for work lunches, and I won’t bother getting the refund. A couple tacos and $10 is not worth getting yelled at by the manager.

Love this place! Food is always great! Cheese enchiladas are my favorite. The furniture is stunning Mexican artwork. Makes my heart smile every time I go here!

Went there for .99 taco night, & the sign clearly said OPEN. However the doors were locked no signs posted on the doors saying anything!! Finally 2 patronts kindly lifted their drinks & mouthed they were out of food, they only had drinks!!!!!! Seriously why do you still have the open sign on & not 1 sign on the door??? Customers kept coming into the parking lot to eat. I think it was because the sign said OPEN!!!! But that's just me!!¿¿ We took the owner up on his offer & HE KEPT HIS WORD!!! Thank You "D" Diana for such great service this evening, & to the owner for honoring your promise!!!! We will definitely be back!!! And for ALL the people who complain about slow service, WHY DON'T YOU BE A SERVER FOR A DAY!!!

Great service. Salsa was perfect and chips were fresh.The chicken in my meal was very dry, but my companions meal was perfect. I would try it again.

Food was okay but my husband ordered a Mexican sandwich supposed to be a beef brown gravy they put mole in the sandwich. They act like I don't know food they got to stop cutting corners

Very slow and unorganized. Not to mention I called to see if they had anything special going on for Tues over the phone. The young lady told me they had dollar tacos today. Then asked if I wanted beef or chicken. Right away I said chicken. She told me they will be ready in 15 min. I ended up getting them 45 min later. Then when I got home I opened the box and right away noticed they barely put anything in the tacos. Then looked closer n they were all beef. Literally a few very small strips of lettuce and a few small shreds of cheese. The tacos were not even half filled. Very disappointed. Even though there wasn't much in there and gave me beef instead of chicken the tacos were not that bad.

Very nice Mexican restaurant, serving alcohol and close to authentic Mexican food. Service was quick and very accurate. We recommend it .

Great place! My husband and I are from traverse city and make sure we stop here. I love the food. Highly recommend. Very authentic, great tasting. Just like the authentic mexican restaurants I've been to in Arizona. Recommend the pork Tamale. My favorite!

Food was good, not the best mexican food I've had, but far from the worst. The tortilla soup was really good. The chairs & booths are very cool-very intricately designed with beautiful colors. The staff was very friendly.

Worst Mexican food ever. Both my husband and I wanted to try this place out and what a big mistake. I ordered beer and it was semi-cold. We both got tacos and the corn tortillas were tough so we both just ate the meat inside with rice. We would not be back.

When we walked in around dinner time on a Wednesday, the place was completely empty, always a warning signal for me. The toccos we ordered we're just ok, the crunchy flower type shells were sort of dull. The alacart chimichanga I ordered was terrible, especially the brown sauce poored over half, no sourcream, lettuce or even tomatoes on top. Sorry not a good review on this one.

I went to this restaurant, for a sit down dinner. I have had take out from here, but never ate inside. Fiesta Grande is very colorful inside, decorated in cool carved and painted booths and table, making for a pleasant experience. Very clean. Huge menu, several pages, excellent choices available. If you like Mexican, this is authentic Mexican.Certainly NOT Taco Bell!I got the enchilada supreme, $9.99And...I took home some. Generous portions, chips and two "heats" of salsa & homemade, warm chips. Refills galore. Coke products, great ice tea, beer, wine, and margaritas!Cosy atmosphere, take out available.Great food! 4 stars....

I love this place. I always feel better when I walk in. It's so colorful. You can feel the atmosphere immediately. I usually eat there 2 to 3 times a month. The prices are great. They, also, have daily specials. If you love Mexican food this is the place to eat in Flat Rock.

Absolutely hands down worse food ever. I'd rather eat cat food then ever order from here again. 3 tables while I was there complained how nasty the food was and there was nothing done about it. The manager did apologize and offer a 10% but we will never go back. I had to pay $12 for a plate of food I took two bites of. Highly do not recommend

Food and Margarita's were good, however only one person was running the counter, bar and waitressing. She was good and did her best but they need more staff.

Great food!! You can tell this place put a lot of work into itself. The chairs and tables are so cool and eye catching!

I just stopped by for a couple of their taco day specials to go. While the tacos were delicious, I was getting tired of waiting for them. It wasn't that crowded either. There's plenty of free parking as well as handicap parking. Handicap accessible also.

I give 3 stars due to the wait time on carry out orders. They told me 15 minutes and it turns into 40 minutes This is the second time for the long wait. Food is good but won't place anymore carry out orders

Pretty nice place. Decor could be a little nicer. Staff was awesome. Prices reasonable. Average meal about $8-10.

We had a fantastic waitress. The food was horrible. For great Mexican food, I suggest Mexican Gardens in Southgate.

This place is one of the only Mexican restaurants this far south in metro Detroit. I must say that is not a bad thing. The food is always fresh and we'll made. Taco Tuesday is a great value. Only wish is that there was an option for flour tortillas on taco Tuesday. Only hard corn unfortunately. But the chicken is flavorful and the ground beef is outstanding. Chips are always warm and salsa is great.

Ordered lunch carryout today for 8 people. Everyone really enjoyed their food. I thought it was great. Inside has cool decor and the lady at the register was nice. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the 2 orders on the bottoms of the bags got a little caved in.
